Instead of viewing these emotions as obstacles, consider this mindset shift: acknowledge that these feelings are a natural part of life rather than problems to be eradicated.

The key lies in changing your perspective. It’s not the presence of these negative emotions that obstructs your path; rather, it’s the belief that there’s something fundamentally wrong with you for feeling them. Many people think they need to be overly confident and devoid of fear to initiate change. In reality, all you need is to take that first step. Engaging in action can profoundly alter your self-perception.

To quote a wise saying, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

Highly intelligent individuals often experience greater self-doubt because they are acutely aware of potential pitfalls. This exercise can help you realize that even in the worst-case scenario, you will survive.
